1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Enquiry form data: name, e-mail, phone, company/HOA name and the content of your message.

Technical data: anonymous page-view counts (no cookies, no IP addresses, no visitor identification) and — only with your consent — Google Analytics data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process form data to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer (contract negotiation, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for follow-up communication (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics cookies are used solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiries for the duration of negotiations and no longer than 3 years after the last contact. Anonymous visit statistics contain no personal data.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties for marketing. Processors are limited to technical infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail) and, with consent, Google (analytics).

6. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary storage (e.g. remembering your consent choice). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after your consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
